Has anyone else pre-ordered this? I always loved Worms but since i upgraded to Windows 7 i have not been able to play world party, i for one cannot wait for this :D

I want to get in early and say we should set up some competitions if the interest is high...

WWP is probably still playable in 7. Either with compatibility mode or a work around.

It's one of the games I played a lot, but I can't be bothered paying €19,- for it now.
There is nothing to it, but to do it.

Not that i found, i tried every compatibility mode from 95 - vista SP 2 no joy.

Looked on the T17 forums and someone had posted a supposed fix, but that didnt work for me either.

I can understand people not wanting to pay for an 'old game', but its looks pretty good to me, and as its Steam exclusive the multiplayer aspect should work well.

Me and a mate are still looking for two people so we can get the cheaper bundle. Anyone interested to jump in?
I always liked the Worms games and I hate it that I can't get Worms Armageddon to work despite trying everything what the support sites blubber about.

a tip, await the reviews on the steam forums.. i bought 2x a older game and it sucked hard. Either didn't work, didn't install, didn't run or didn't advertise what it could.

Ow and worms sucks :)

But its a brand new game that isn't yet released, and will support xp - 7.

About that bundle deal, me and 3 other friends have already done this :P

I cancelled my pre-order then went in on it with them.

I never enjoyed any of the 3D worms games, glad they finally got their act together and made another 2D one.
